Mancala
Mancala
Mancala is an age-old board game known for its simplicity and engaging strategy. In this game, two players compete to capture as many stones as possible and accumulate points.
The Mancala board consists of two parallel rows of compartments, called "pits", and a larger compartment at the end of each row, called a "mancala". Each player controls a row of wells and the mancala to their right.
The object of the game is to collect more stones than your opponent. Players take turns, choosing one of the pits in their row and distributing their stones one by one in subsequent pits counterclockwise, including their own mancala, but not the opponent's.
Mancala game rules
Mancala game rules are actually defined in a simple logic. The game is played between two players. Each player has 24 stones at the start. There are 12 slots in the Mancala game.
Each player has 6 points in front of them and players can only pick up and play with their own stones. But players can place stones in the opponent's place. There are large points near these 6 points and these are called the treasury. The objective is to collect the stones in the treasure areas.
